- 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 to 2 bay leaves
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 pkg. frozen Oriental vegetables
- 1 can watercress
- 1 pkg. frozen pea pods
- 1 can bean sprouts
- soy sauce
- flour
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1In large pan, boil chicken (enough water to cover chicken), sprinkle of soy sauce, bay leaf, salt and pepper.

2Remove chicken and cut into small pieces.

3Put cut up pieces of chicken back into boiling chicken broth and add 1 can chicken broth and frozen vegetables.

4Drain watercress and bean sprouts.

5Boil 10 to 15 minutes.

6Take flour and water, shake to form a gravy.

7Keep stirring, when thickened, remove from heat and serve over rice or noodles.

8Sprinkle top with soy sauce, if desired.
