- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 c. diced celery
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Combine flour, butter or margarine and undrained pineapple. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.

2Add chicken stock, fresh green pepper and celery.

3Season to taste.

4Cook slowly for 5 minutes.

5Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
