  • 2 fryers or equivalent amount
  • 1 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar (white)
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 bottle soy sauce (5 oz. size)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

    Cut up fryers or chicken pieces.

    Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken.

    Bake 2 hours or more at 325°.

    Sauce is delicious over rice.
