Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3/4 c. ketchup
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 onion, diced
  • dash of garlic powder
  • dash of salt
  • 3 1/2 to 4 lb. chicken, cut up

Directions

    Mix everything together but chicken.

    Place chicken in shallow pan or baking dish.

    Pour sauce over chicken and bake uncovered at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

    (For glass pans, bake at 325°.)
