- 3 Tbsp. Mazola oil
- 1 large onion, cut up
- 1 large pepper, cut up
- 1 c. cauliflower
- 1 c. broccoli
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 tomato, peeled
- 1/2 box Chinese snow peas
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 3 Tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1/2 c. water, thickened with cornstarch
- uncooked shrimp, pork, chicken or beef for meat
Directions

1Put oil in pan or wok.

2Add onions, pepper, cauliflower, broccoli, water chestnuts, mushrooms, tomatoes and snow peas. Cook about 8 minutes.

3Stir.

4Add chicken bouillon, soy sauce, water and cornstarch mixture and meat.

5Cook about 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
