- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped scallions, including tops, or use 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 c. dry Minute rice
Directions

1Scramble egg in oil in saucepan, stirring to break into pieces. Add water, soy sauce, scallions and garlic; bring to a boil.

2Stir in rice.

3Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
