- 1 c. rice
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped ham
- 1 fried egg, chopped
- small green onion
- soy sauce to taste (not too much)
- salt to taste
Directions

1Wash and cook rice.

2Cool, not too wet.

3Heat oil in frypan or wok.

4Fry rice with medium heat for short time; keep stirring. Add soy sauce and salt.

5Stir.

6Add ham and onion and stir for 5 minutes.

7Remove to platter.

8Place chopped egg on top.
