Chinese Fried Rice

  • 1 c. rice
  • 3 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1/2 to 1 c. chopped ham
  • 1 fried egg, chopped
  • small green onion
  • soy sauce to taste (not too much)
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Wash and cook rice.

    Cool, not too wet.

    Heat oil in frypan or wok.

    Fry rice with medium heat for short time; keep stirring. Add soy sauce and salt.

    Stir.

    Add ham and onion and stir for 5 minutes.

    Remove to platter.

    Place chopped egg on top.
