- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 small pkg. peeled and cooked shrimp
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- soy sauce to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 (14 oz.) can bean sprouts (optional)
- 4 large eggs, scrambled
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
Directions

1Fry bacon.

2Chop pepper and onion; saute in bacon grease until tender.

3Pour up grease, except enough to scramble eggs in.

4After scrambling eggs, chop eggs into small pieces.

5Combine all ingredients with cooked rice in a large pan; add soy sauce to taste.
