Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. diced, cooked pork, shrimp or chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Saute onion in oil until golden.

    Add egg and scramble mixture.

    Stir in rice, soy sauce and diced meat. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
