- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. diced, cooked pork, shrimp or chicken
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Saute onion in oil until golden.

2Add egg and scramble mixture.

3Stir in rice, soy sauce and diced meat. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
