  • 2 cup Rice
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 each Green bell peppers
  • 1 each Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 each Red bell pepper
  • 1 can Diced water chestnuts
  • 1 lb Sage sausage
  • 1/2 lb Lean hamburger
  • 3 stick Celery
  • 1 large Onion

Directions

    Brown hamburger & sausage together, crumble small.

    Chop celery, bell peppers, onion in chunks

    Add water & soy sauce to meat and add the rice.

    Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.

    Add remaining vegetables and cook till fork tender
