- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 can crem of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 can dry noodles
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except dry noodles.

2Place in covered casserole and bake 45 minutes in 350° oven.

3Remove cover, place noodles on top and bake 15 minutes.
