- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 small onions, diced
- 1 c. rice, uncooked
- 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can chow mein noodles
Directions

1Place meat and onions in frying pan to brown.

2While meat is browning, combine the rest of the ingredients (except the chow mein noodles) in a large bowl and mix well.

3When meat is done, drain whatever grease may accumulate and add the meat and onions to the mixture.

4Mix well.
