- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/8 to 1/4 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Brown meat, celery and onion together.

2Put all ingredients together in greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish and cover.

3Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.

4Uncover and bake 20 minutes.

5Sprinkle with 1 can Chinese noodles and bake 10 more minutes.
