Chinese Marinated Fish

- 3 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon toasted or Asian sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon coarsely grated fresh or frozen ginger
- 10 ounces fillet of scrod or other white fish fillet
Directions

1Turn on broiler in oven or toaster oven.

2Combine the sherry and sesame oil.

3Grate the ginger, and add.

4Wash and dry fish.

5Coat it with marinade, until it's time to cook it -- just a few minutes.

6Remove the fish from the marinade, and broil it according to the Canadian rule: measure the fish at its thickest part, and cook it 8 to 10 minutes to the inch.

7Scrod will take about 5 minutes.

8Brush once with marinade.
