  • 1 (12 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 small cauliflower, broken into rosettes
  • 1 c. green pepper, sliced
  • 1 purple onion, sliced and separated
