- 1 lb. flank steak or more
- 3 sliced onions
- 3 green peppers, cut in strips
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
- garlic salt to taste
- 1/3 c. water
- pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
- 1 or more tsp. cornstarch, mixed with 2 or more Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Slice the meat diagonally against the grain into 1/8-inch strips.

2Heat a large nonstick or regular skillet (use 1 tablespoon of oil) and brown the steak quickly over high heat. Push aside.
