  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
