Ingredients

  • 1 small celery cabbage
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • chow mein as desired
  • sliced almonds or sesame seed
  • 1 1/2 lb. deveined, shelled, large shrimp, cooked
  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut into sections
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c. light olive or vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. NutraSweet Spoonful
  • 2 Tbsp. minced cilantro or parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. drained capers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • lettuce leaves

    Combine shrimp, oranges and onion in glass bowl.

    Mix remaining ingredients, except lettuce leaves.

    Pour over shrimp mixture and toss.

    Refrigerate, covered, 2 to 4 hours.
