  • medium onion, chopped
  • pepper
  • cooking oil
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 head cabbage (1-inch pieces)
  • 1 can bamboo shoots, drained
