- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice (Minute rice)
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Add onions, celery, mushroom and cream of chicken soups and warm water.

3Stir in rice, sprouts, soy sauce and pepper. Place in lightly greased casserole.

4Cover and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.

5Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer.

6Cover mixture with the noodles and bake 15 minutes longer.

7Serves 8.
