- 1 c. sliced onion
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 (10 oz.) can chicken broth
- 2 c. bean sprouts
- 1/3 c. bamboo shoots
- 1/3 c. water chestnuts
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- cooked rice
Directions

1In a skillet or wok, cook diagonally sliced celery, bean sprouts and onion in oil until tender.

2Add remaining ingredients, except rice.

3Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened.

4Serve over rice with additional soy sauce.
