- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. celery
- 4 water chestnuts, chopped
- 3 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 can tiny shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 pkg. Pillsbury frozen biscuits (10 per pkg.)
Directions

1Saute onion, pepper and celery in butter.

2Add water chestnuts, shrimp and soy sauce.

3Flatten biscuits.

4Put 1 teaspoon of filling into each biscuit and pinch together to close. Put on greased baking pan and bake for 10 minutes at 475°.

5Serve hot.
