Chip-Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. finely minced onion
  • 3 c. coarsely crushed potato chips
  • 1 (6 oz.) can flaky tuna (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine soup and milk.

    Slowly bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the finely minced onion, salt and pepper.

    Arrange in a well buttered casserole. Add the crushed chips (if you are using the tuna, add it also at this time).

    Pour the cream soup over all. Bake in a 350° oven for about 25 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned.
