- 3 c. warm water
- sprinkle of salt
- some flour
- 2 Tbsp. soft butter
Directions

1Pour warm water into a mixing bowl.

2Add salt.

3Begin to add flour.

4Continue until dough sticks together and is hard.

5Add butter and knead dough until it is soft.

6Pinch off some dough and roll it out to 6 or 7-inch circle.

7Heat until very hot a frying pan.

8Cook each chipati until it is a bit brown.

9Stack on a plate.

10Then add some oil or butter to pan and cook each chipati again, frying both sides of chipati.
