- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
- 1 can (7 Oz. Size) Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce
Directions

1Start by adding the sour cream to a small mixing bowl.

2Take out 1 or 2 chipotle peppers from the can and place on a cutting board.

3You can always start with one and do a taste test to see if you need the second one.

4I like things a little milder, so I add the peppers gradually.

5And depending on how hot you like things, you can slice it open and take the seeds out (more mild) or just leave it as is (hot!).

6I always take the seeds out.

7Dice the pepper into very tiny pieces.

8I dice it a couple of different ways, so that its almost paste like.

9Add the diced pepper to the bowl of sour cream, along with about a tablespoon of the sauce from the can.

10Again, you can add more or less to suit your taste.

11Mix everything together.

12Taste it to see if you want it spicier.

13You can add more sauce, more pepper, or both.

14*Be warned, the longer it sits, the more intense the flavor gets, so you may want to let it come together for a while before adding more heat.

15Serve with chips, crackers, or any other dipper you like!
