  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 5 -6 chipotle chiles in adobo
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • salt

Directions

    Quarter tomatoes and onion.

    Cut cilantro just below where leaves end and toss remaining stems.

    Add all ingredients to food processor and puree.

    Refrigerate until needed - let stand at room temperature before serving.
