- flour
- water
Directions

1Cut roast in bite size pieces.

2Layer your roast in bottom of pan.

3Sprinkle flour over meat; add salt and pepper.

4Continue to layer meat and flour until all are gone.

5Cover with water.
-
6Cook until tender.
-
7Add water as needed; cook and stir often.

8Cook approximately 4 hours at 350°.

9Serve with rice.
