Chipped Beef Bread Dip

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. chipped beef, finely chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • horseradish to taste
  • 1 round rye loaf bread (unsliced)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except bread, with electric mixer.

    Hollow out bread to form a bowl and cube the excess bread.

    Spoon mixture into bread bowl cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.

    Serve with cubed bread as dippers.
