Ingredients: 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; 1/4 c. milk; 1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream; 1/4 c. dried minced onion; 1/4 tsp. garlic powder; 1/2 tsp. pepper; 1/2 c. chopped green pepper; 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced dried beef, chopped; 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine; 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Place cream cheese in a 1-quart casserole; microwave at High for 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds.

Stir until cream cheese is smooth and creamy.

Stir in milk, sour cream, onion, garlic powder, pepper, chopped green pepper and chopped dried beef, mixing well.
