Chipped Beef With Pecans

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 pkg. chipped dried beef, chopped
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 small pkg. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper (optional)
  • party rye, pumpernickel or crackers

Directions

    Combine cream cheese, sour cream and chipped dried beef.

    Add onion to taste.

    Place in a small baking dish and sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or at 350° for 15 minutes. Serve with bread or crackers.

    May be served cold in sandwiches.
