Chipped Chopped Ham Spread

- 1/2 lb. chipped chopped ham (any kind)
- 4 cooked eggs
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 c. green onions, cut
- 1 lb. velveeta cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 12 medium semi-hard rolls
Directions

1In a big bowl mix all ingredients together, except semi-hard rolls, and let stand overnight in refrigerator.

2Next day cut the rolls in half, on one side smear a little amount of butter and put on spread.

3Close the roll with the other half and mount in aluminum foil.

4Heat oven to 350°F and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. If you do not use up all the rolls at once, the rest mounted in aluminum foil can be stored in refrigerator for 2 days.
