- 1 1/2 lb. perch fillets, thawed
- 6 1/2 Tbsp. French dressing
- 1 1/2 oz. potato chips, crushed
- 2 1/4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Separate fillets and cut into 4 1/2 to 5 ounce portions.

2Dip fillets in French dressing, then place skin side down in a single layer on a baking sheet.

3Combine chips and cheese and sprinkle the mixture evenly over fish fillets.

4Bake for 10 minutes in 375° oven, or until fillets flake easily when tested with a fork.
