- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate mints chopped, about 8 mints

1In small bowl, whisk together egg and sugar.

3Stir in chocolate covered mints pieces.

4Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.

5Garnish with additional mints.

7NOTE: Good way to serve is to serve in a parfait glass with layers of chocolate syrup in between ice cream.
