  • 220 g butter
  • 90 g caster sugar
  • 185 g sifted flour
  • 1 tablespoon sifted cocoa
  • 2 12 cups Weet-Bix

Directions

    Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

    Add dry ingredients to butter mixture and place teaspoons of mixture onto greased baking sheets, pressing down slightly with a fork.

    Bake at 180 c for 12- 15 minutes.

    Ice with chocoalte icing when cold.
