  • dash of salt
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. pecans

    Beat first 4 crust ingredients to soft peaks.

    Gradually add 2/3 cup sugar.

    Beat until stiff and add chopped pecans.

    Grease a 9-inch pie pan with butter.

    Pour crust in and bake at 300° for 55 minutes.
