  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 sticks butter
  • 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 2 boxes confectioners sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter
  • 1 bar paraffin

Directions

    Mix butter, graham cracker crumbs, pecans, coconut, confectioners sugar, vanilla and peanut butter in a large bowl. Lay foil on the table and roll small size balls out on it.

    In a double boiler, melt semi-sweet chocolate and paraffin, when melted dip balls into mixture and place on foil to cool.
