- 7 ounces Maria wafers or shortbread cookies
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 7 tablespoons butter
- 1 7/16 cups chocolate powder
- chocolate sprinkles
Directions

1Crush cookies in a grinder or with a rolling pin.

2Set aside.

3Heat egg yolks and sugar in a saucepan and mix well.

4Bring to a boil and add butter and chocolate. Stir well.

5When mixture begins to simmer, reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, so that egg yolks cook, but mixture doesn't stick to pan.

6Add crushed cookies and mix well.

7Let cool slightly.

8Grease hands with butter and shape into small balls.

9Place cookie balls in cupcake liners.
