  • 1 c. water
  • 2/3 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    In saucepan, combine margarine, water, Wesson oil and cocoa. Let it come to a boil and mix well with flour and sugar.

    Add buttermilk, soda, vanilla and eggs.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
