- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk (can use low-fat)
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix flour, cocoa and soda; set aside.

2Melt butter in saucepan; stir in sugar.

3Remove from heat.

4Add milk, vinegar and vanilla; stir.

5Add dry ingredients; whisk until well blended. Pour into 2 (8-inch) round pans or 1 (10-inch) square pan.

6Bake about 20 minutes.

7Cool; frost with Coconut Pecan Icing.
