- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) jar caramel ice cream topping
- 2 small boxes chocolate instant pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 3 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix flour and butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

2Pat down evenly.

3Bake at 350° until lightly brown; cool.

4Spread caramel ice cream topping on cooled crust.

5Mix pudding with 3 1/2 cups milk.

6Pour on top of ice cream topping.
