  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar caramel ice cream topping
  • 2 small boxes chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 3 1/2 c. milk

    Mix flour and butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Pat down evenly.

    Bake at 350° until lightly brown; cool.

    Spread caramel ice cream topping on cooled crust.

    Mix pudding with 3 1/2 cups milk.
