  • 20 grams Butter (unsalted)
  • 30 grams Marshmallow
  • 40 grams Chocolate
  • 40 grams Cereal
  • 15 grams Sliced Almond

Directions

    Roast the sliced almonds for 10 minutes at 140 degrees C in an oven and let cool.

    Put the butter into a heatproof bowl and microwave to melt (for 1 minute at 700W).

    Then add the marshmallows to mix in.

    Microwave the marshmallows to dissolve (about 30 seconds at 700W).

    Then add the chopped chocolate and mix together.

    When it is mixed well, add the cereal and sliced almonds to stir well (If the cereal is too big, chop it up roughly).

    Pour the mixture into a parchment paper lined mold.

    Let it cool.

    If you don't have a mold, pour the mixture into parchment paper, and shape with a spatula.

    When it has set, cut into suitable sizes.

    This is white chocolate version.
