  • 2 unbaked pie shells (not deep dish)
  • 6 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/3 c. evaporated milk (2 small cans)

Directions

    Mix cocoa, sugar, eggs, margarine, vanilla and milk together. Blend well; pour into 2 uncooked pie shells and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Do not overcook.

    Pies will be soft when taken out of oven.

    They will firm up as they cool.

    Pies freeze well.
