- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell (unbaked)
Directions

1Combine sugar and cocoa.

2Add remaining ingredients and beat well with electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes.

3Pour into pie shell and bake at 325° for 40 minutes.

4May be topped with ice cream or Cool Whip.

5Does not need refrigeration.
