  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 2 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp. dark rum
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Cream butter in large bowl of mixer. Add eggs, flour and sugars.

    Add rum, mixing to blend.

    By hand, stir in chips and nuts.

    Pour into pie crust and bake for 1 hour or until the center of the pie is set.
