- 1 (18 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. water
- 2/3 c. cooking oil
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 (4 oz.) bar German sweet chocolate, grated
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl.

2Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes until smooth.

3Fold in chocolates.

4Pour into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.

5Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

6Cake tester inserted in center should come out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn out on wire rack to finish cooling.

7Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cool.
