Ingredients: 1 pkg. yellow cake mix; 4 eggs; 1 c. water; 1/2 c. vegetable oil; 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding; 12 oz. chocolate chips; 1 bar Baker's German sweet chocolate; 1/2 c. confectioners sugar

4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 bar Baker's German sweet chocolate
1/2 c. confectioners sugar

Directions

Break chocolate bar in half and grate.

Beat cake mix, eggs, water, oil and pudding mix at medium speed for 3 minutes.

Add chocolate chips and 1/2 grated chocolate bar.

Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

Mix remaining grated chocolate with confectioners sugar and sprinkle over cake while warm.

Cake should be baked in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch rectangular pan.
