  • 4 oz. German chocolate, grated (reserve 1/4 c. for top of cake)
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, water and Crisco oil at cake speed for 5 minutes.

    Fold in 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and grated chocolate.

    Pour in Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and 1/4 cup grated German chocolate.
