  • 1 box yellow cake mix (dry)
  • 1 small pkg. Jell-O chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1 small (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 small can coconut
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in order given.

    Mix until smooth.

    (Will be thick.)

    Put into Bundt pan that has been sprayed with oil.

    Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until center is done.

    Let cool before cutting.

    Very moist and rich.
