Chocolate Chip Cake

  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter cake mix (yellow)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding or you can use chocolate
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 can cream cheese frosting
  • Hershey's chocolate syrup

Directions

    Combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, pudding mix, milk and sour cream; mix well.

    Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350° in a greased and floured pan for approximately 45 minutes, or until cake tests done.

    Mix some of the Hershey's syrup in with the cream cheese frosting; spread over the cake when completely cooled.
