- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) bag chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat egg whites and salt; add tartar and beat until stiff. Add sugar slowly and beat until mixture forms stiff peaks.

2Fold in remaining ingredients.

3Drop by spoonfuls onto well-greased cookie sheet.

4Bake at 300° for 25 minutes.

5Allow clouds to cool before removing from cookie sheet.
